Not going to lie, the drama exam was literally the most annoying exam I have ever taken. EVER. The first half was easy Commedia Dell'Arte etc. Blah blah blah... The second half, bloody hell the second half... It was on Issues based play building, so most people thought that we would have to write a generic play about a given issue, but of course, she would never make it that easy. No, she made it so hard that I literally spent 10 minutes of precious exam time reading the question through until it made a tiny bit of sense to me. We had to write a play about a "clear" issue that we would find in these 9 random extracts over around 15 pages and include at least 4 dramatic issue based play-building devices. I couldn't figure out what the "clear" issue was BECAUSE IT WASN'T CLEAR. I ended up writing about women vs. men in the future and how a machine was made that created humans without the need for women and sexual reproduction, and how the men took control of all the women and were killing them off in a kind of genocide. If you're thinking that is a big of an exaggeration, thats good because that was one of my devices. Well thats 1 mark out of 50 at least. I'm just excited to get it back so that I can read it because it was so weird, and I know that it will make me laugh. I'm sure that my teacher will hate it because she hates everything I do, but thank the lord I don't have to have her as my teacher ever again and I don't have to deal with her hating me anymore. Ahhh relief.
Simone and I decided that it was impossible to study at home, so we went to the library, and of course to our luck, it was full. So we improvised and went outside. Yeah, we didn't get much done, we were just more interested in the new iphone update than school.
I swear some teachers are actually crazy. We had an exam that started at 10:30, and we went down to study at bottom school at around 10:15. The teachers forced us back up the hill to top school. We decided that was stupid so we had a casual stroll back to mu house thats on the same street. We chilled there for like 5 minutes, ate all my food as usual, and it was time to go back. Gotta love the science department.
I was so stupid last night. So so so stupid, I did something bad. BADASS. Nah, but seriously. Its a good story. I'm going to look back at my year 10 exams and laugh because I'm a freak. Ahhh well, its only year 10. IM GOING TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT.
