Awaba

Okay wow. I actually feel extremely good right now.  I just had 2 runs of Awaba street without stopping, and a couple of laps around the rotunda park.  Usually I feel shit when I'm exercising, but this time I feel accomplished.  Apart from when my throat burns with exhaustion as I try to pull all the oxygen from the air into my lungs, the burning in my quads and the ticklish sweat down my body; I tried to distract myself, and it paid off.  I told myself to run till the next tree, then run till the next lamp post, then maybe run till the road. I realise that now I have so much motivation to go that extra bit, because I want to beat myself.  Even the after effects of exercising are amazing. I feel rejuvenated, and as soon as I came home I came to my computer to write all this down. Of course, I have known this for a long time, that exercising makes me feel good after, but I never really liked running until tonight, and now I feel motivated to attempt Awaba at least twice every week.
